Please forward 2 separate checks or money orders made out to NOHVA and AMXA for these ANNUAL FEES. Please return both completed forms and fees to Mark Nelson at 423 ½ West 20^th St. Alliance, NE 69301, as soon as possible. Once I get the forms and fees back, I will mail you a copy of the rules, the new combination and a new AMXA membership card, which will be good from 4/1/08 through 3/31/09. Please complete both forms & both sides of the AMXA form & sign the back side which are the AMXA rules. Everyone on property must be a NOHVA member, so I expect nearly all NOHVA forms to be for a family. Also no one should ride without another member being at the track, as a rule for your own safety. We will allow those families that have only one person riding to purchase a single AMXA membership. It is not based on how many motorcycles or ATVs a family has, but how many people are riding. If two people from the same family take turns riding the same ATV or Motorcycle, that would require a family AMXA membership as well as a family NOHVA. Alliance Motocross Association Rules Revised 7/16/07

Membership drive for sign up and renewal shall be February-May, due to our lease agreement with the City of Alliance that is June 1^st through May 31^st of the following year. The required minimum of 30 NOHVA memberships shall be established and maintained to ensure our Chapter affiliation with Nebraska Off Highway Vehicle Association, which provides the insurance coverage as part of the lease requirement from the City. AMXA Memberships expire March 31, and requires NOHVA renewal at the same time.

If members allow non-members of Nebraska Off Highway Vehicle Association and Alliance Motocross Association to ride without the fees and hold harmless agreements, it is automatic expulsion from the association. The Gate shall be closed and locked behind you when you come in, and locked behind you when you leave. It is the responsibility of every member of the Alliance Motocross Association / NOHVA to enforce the members only status as part of our agreement to NOHVA.

All people on property shall be members and NOHVA & AMXA membership cards will be used as evidence of current membership status to use the track.

Never ride alone & a parent or guardian 19 years old or older must accompany all persons under 16 years old.
No riding outside the motocross area, such as on the county road or adjacent properties.
Maximum safety precautions will be used by all on and off the track, with day light operation only.
If you ride wear a helmet as a minimum requirement. Other protective gear is highly recommended!
Everyone will ride in the same direction, as traffic flows, (counter clockwise) on all tracks and warm up area.
No motor vehicles allowed on the track or in the track area (automobiles). No Riding in pit / parking area.
Inspect the area before you ride to make sure it is safe. If, as a rider, you can’t keep up with the flow of other riders move over or off the track to allow safe passing. If you are not jumping doubles for example, the rule is roll jumps right (roll right) and allow jumping to the left. In the event of a fall or stalled engine get yourself and cycle off the edge of the track immediately if others are riding at the same time.
Barrels will be provided for trash, no trash shall be dropped into the waste holding tanks of the Outhouse.
Absolutely no riding on the dike, if caught doing so it is automatic expulsion from the association.
Do not operate the Starting Gates, please refrain from riding over them, as this causes un-needed wear.
Language and conduct will be sportsman like at all times (this means no cussing no matter your age or gender).
No alcoholic beverages, drugs, firearms, fireworks, open fires, or tire dumping at the track.
Control of the track layout, alterations, or changes shall be the control of the Association Board.
Red – Board, Green – Board policy will be in effect. When the track is too dry, wet or is being worked on, the red board will be up. For those out of town, there will be a message on the answering machine. The track will be closed the week prior to any race! Refer to the AMXA Web site for information and Track Status.
Please carry your membership cards with you at all times. Combination is changed effective April 1^st.
All pets on site shall have current vaccinations, and be on a 6 foot leash and restrained in a humane manner.
No overnight Camping except for race situations the night prior to a race day. Dry camping only no dumping. A Facility to dump RV wastewater is located in town.
Accidents shall be reported and brought to the attention of the Alliance Motocross Association Officers in a timely manner (48 hours). Emergency contact number is 911.
The Alliance Motocross Association reserves the right to refuse or take anyone’s membership away.
The Alliance Motocross Association, Officers, Board, City of Alliance, and Nebraska Off Highway Vehicle Association are not responsible for accidents. Ride at your own risk and always ride safe.
Members are required to conduct themselves in a responsible manner and in a manner that is harmonious with the direction and goals of the Nebraska Off Highway Vehicle Association and the AMXA.

Membership will be based on N.O.V.H.A. membership (with whom we are getting our insurance through) and Alliance Motocross Association dues also. Please be sure to get in contact with an officer ASAP so we can get up and running.

Single Membership:

Fees will be $25 for a N.O.H.V.A. membership.
$35 for an AMXA membership.
Total of $60 for a single.

Family Membership:

Fees will be $30 going to N.O.H.V.A. membership.
$70 to AMXA.
Total of $100 for a family.

Day Pass:

Fees will be $25.00 (single) or $30.00 (family) going to N.O.V.H.A. membership.
$5.00 to AMXA
Total of $30.00 or $35.00 respectively.

You must be a N.O.H.V.A. member to ride at the Alliance Facility except for races. You do not need to be an AMXA member to join N.O.H.V.A.
